• Conducting initial Screening/ Test/Tele/Personal interviews of candidate to understand their interest level, communication skills, project details, exposure on technology, relevant experience and commitment etc.

• Conducting Scheduled Walk-in events.
•
• Follow up with the shortlisted candidates and get the employee application form filled and collect all necessary documents and uploading in Client portal.
•
• On-board the resources at client place as per the DOJs confirmed to the client.
