1) Built and deployed an AWS Lambda for creating a directory structure from remote photo URLs, emailing the zip file to administrators.
2) Utilized TomTom's location and routing APIs to generate optimized routes (polyline) for field executives, while co-creating a route stickiness algorithm to assess and enhance their performance in executing field tasks.
3) Contributed in creation of a bi-directional sync-algorithm on server side for the product app, enabling offline use and seamless data sharing.

1) Co-developed a ITSM Ticket Analytics web application using NLP to analyze the IT tickets data and assign a category and sub-category to the ticket for ticket routing.
2) Used standard text fitering approaches to pre-process the tickets data. Tried standard machine learning and deep learning classification algorithms like SVM, Naive Bayes, XGBoost, RNN, LSTM, ..,etc. and finally settled with RoBERTa with accuracy of 87.
3) Created an Api used by parent application which took raw tickets data to generates prediction on tickets.
4) Created dashboard using dash and plotly to provide a good visualization of the predictions on tickets data.
