About

My mission is simple: help create 1 billion happier people. I work with leaders and organizations that want more than performance on paper. They want workplaces where people are engaged, resilient, energized, and proud of how they show up for one another. I’m the Founder of Gratitude at Work—a speaker, author, and culture advisor helping leaders build happier, healthier, higher-performing workplaces through the power of gratitude. For more than 19 years, I’ve helped organizations strengthen leadership, elevate employee engagement, and create cultures where people thrive, not just survive. My work is grounded in a belief that is more relevant than ever: gratitude is not soft—it is a powerful character strength. It helps people build trust, deepen relationships, reduce stress, and lead with greater perspective in times of pressure, disruption, and change. And in the age of AI, that matters even more. As technology transforms how we work, gratitude becomes part of the human edge—helping leaders and teams stay grounded, connected, creative, and deeply human in ways no machine can replace. Your technical skills may get you in the game, but your character, presence, and ability to value people will set you apart. Before this work, I was an electrical engineer. During my MBA, I discovered the powerful connection between gratitude and leadership, and it changed the trajectory of my life and career. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to helping leaders and organizations embed gratitude into their cultures in practical ways that improve morale, strengthen performance, and create lasting impact. I’m also the author of Surviving to Thriving: The 10 Laws of Grateful Leadership, and my work combines social science, real-world leadership insight, and practical tools people can apply immediately. Whether through keynotes, workshops, or culture transformation initiatives, my goal is always the same: to help people feel better, lead better, and build workplaces where gratitude becomes a daily practice—not just a good idea. If you’re building a culture where people can thrive—and where human strengths matter as much as technical capability—I’d love to connect.
