• Worked with a team of three to develop an self-cataloging database management system for the TEG(Tank Electronics Group) of the Army Base.
• Worked on enhancing the performance of GPS and Fire-fighting system of tank T-72 and T-90 used by the army.
• Helped increase efficiency by about 10% (2 tanks extra per month) with the help of quick and easy cataloging system.
• Reduced the risk of fire inside the tank by about 15% by replacing outdated trigger system by new detection sensors.
• Saved ~3 hours of daily manual work of cataloging parts of the tank.
• This self- cataloging system was used by other sections in the tank assembly line.

• Entrusted to lead the organizing committee of the technical fest of BITS-Goa, Quark 2019 comprising of 15 departments and ~250 members.
• Was responsible for handling the Finances, Sponsorship, Public Relations, Publicity, Media Coverage and Event Management of the entire fest.
• Completely revamped the modelling, publicity and organization of competitions by introducing 12 new events which saw an increase in participation of about 42% .
• Introduced the revamped Campus Ambassador Programme which lead to an increase in participation of about 1400 students , a y-o-y increase of 55% .
• Maximized the utilization of funds by conducting a record 5 national level competitions , 3 more than the previous year.
• Raised the total budget of the fest to ~50 lakhs, a y-o-y increase of 25%.
• Helped increase the footfall by nearly 15000, a y-o-y increase of 28%.
