Users who purchase with the coupon won’t see further retargeted offers. Non-purchasers receive the retargeted offer for up to three sessions.
Customer-Facing Real-Time Offers Dashboard Development: Developed a dynamic, customer-facing dashboard using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to display critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Real-Time Offers (RTOs), including session count, conversion count, CVR (Conversion Rate), CVR lift, revenue, RPV (Revenue per Visit), RPV lift, and applied and redemption counts. The dashboard also featured a performance comparison table based on CVR lift, enabling clients to easily assess and differentiate the performance of various RTO types. This self-service dashboard allowed clients to track and analyze RTO performance without the need to log into the Session AI platform, significantly improving efficiency and user experience.
Coupon Inventory & Expiry Alert Microservices: Developed two critical microservices: Coupon Inventory Alert and Coupon Expiry Alert, designed to provide timely notifications and proactive alerts. The Coupon Inventory Alert Microservice sends automated email notifications when a specified percentage of coupon inventory is used, with thresholds defined individually for each Real-Time Offer; if no threshold is specified by the customer, a global threshold is applied to trigger the alert. The Coupon Expiry Alert Microservice notifies users via email 14 days before a coupon's expiry date, ensuring they are informed in advance. These microservices enabled clients to effectively manage coupon usage and expiration, optimizing coupon performance and preventing potential inventory or expiry issues.
