The durian fruit has over 300 different types, with only 9 edible variants when in ripe state. Raw consumption causing health complications. We used audio samples of knocking on Durian fruit to detect the stage of ripeness for classification using ML. Achieved: 100% accuracy for raw and 96% for ripe types.
