• Website Page speed Optimization: Reworked caching behind cloudfront for best load time experience.
• Image Optimization: Led the website redesigning for optimized image utilization basis client device in use. Designed and Developed a short backend service which generates and serve optimized images for products in desired quality and size at runtime later cached behind cloudfront. In result, this reduced website page load by 40% and page size by 60%.

• Racking Automation: Introduced a scheme for ranking of products of entire catalog basis their page view, price, recent sales, promotion and seller ranks. The system could bring in effect ranks for entire catalog in an hour.
• Product Detail Page Redesigning: Designed an advanced product detail page with single page load website architecture to enable swift browsing back and forth between listing and detail page. Reduced page load time by 90%.
• Migration to SaaS platform: Presented a plan to migrate to a lesser costlier SaaS platform while meeting the criteria IT limitations for using legacy ERP. Evaluation of various SaaS platform against speed and features. Came up with a complete project plan and migration documentation for a platform spread across vast range of technologies including Cassandra, Mongo, Hazelcast, ElasticSearch, Mysql, Apache Servicemix, AngularJS, Liferay CMS and Tomcat webapps.
