I co-lead the UGC Design Pod and head the Novels charter; designing for scale, monetisation, and global user adoption, writer acquisition & engagement
Strategized and operationalized multi-format ad monetization (banner, interstitials, RV) on the Novels app, enhancing yield optimization, expanding network integrations, and aligning ad surfaces with behavioral cohorts—resulting in a 2x uplift in ARPU and improved ad fill rates.Additionally, enhanced crosswalk logic and built a sustainable design system to support long-term monetization experiments.
