• Limechat is an early stage startup that develops chat solutions to optimize sales & support for D2C (Direct-to-customer) brands.
• Part of their early team, I worked on designing & developing the core systems of the first version of their chatbot, and enjoyed working on a myriad of roles that included development, NLP, and deploying ML models to production.

• Worked on the problem of knowledge base completion with temporally annotated facts. We devised a new scoring function, evaluation metrics, evaluation tasks, and ways of incorporating various temporal constraints into the model, resulting in state-of-the-art performance on link prediction. Work was accepted as a long paper at EMNLP 2020.
