Designed and fabricated a novel test rig intended for accelerated simulation of boiler slag deposition. The test rig would help BHEL in evaluating various boiler coats developed to prevent slag formation.
The project involved creating and evaluating various concepts, performing simulations on selected concepts, finalising the design based on simulations , prototyping and testing of various samples.
