• AS400 clients TN3270 emulation at all locations.
• Migration of AS400 F 310 for Y2K compliance, without effecting operations or billing.

• Started as a Customer Support Engineer for support and implementation of LANS, Novell Netware and WANS for their cosrporate clients.Graduated to become Asst Support Manager Bangalore in September 1994
• Was transferred as Specialist Technical Support Group at Head Office for providing Level 3 support to Customer Support Team in case of Failure of Diagnosis , Fresh Implementation Interconnectivity Issues.
• Was designated as Manager -Global Network Support Center.
• This was practically the first call center in India or a central support center and a Proof of Concept center for Compaq Range of servers, and all other Network Equipments like Cisco routers switches, Micom Multiplexers, etc.
