I’m a UX Researcher & Designer who builds user-centered digital products with real-world impact. At CIS TECH LTD, I started as a Graphic Designer, creating social media campaigns, website visuals, cover images, and branding assets. Over time, I expanded into UX, working across eCommerce, medical platforms, ERP, SME solutions, and internal product redesigns. I work closely with users, stakeholders, and systems to uncover real problems and translate them into practical, scalable solutions. I’ve also: - Collaborated on early-stage MVP products, shaping ideas from concept to initial user experience - Conducted UX audits for established, real-world products, identifying usability gaps and improving user flows - Contributed to improving workflows and system efficiency through research-driven insights Alongside this, I take on product leadership responsibilities at ANIMATO, where I work as an Assistant Director. There, I: - Lead concept development and contribute to product ideas and direction - Support product management from early concept to launch - Help align vision, design, and execution across the team Key projects include: INU — a social impact-driven project focused on meaningful storytelling and user engagement A children’s Bible learning project, helping children understand stories of God and Jesus through interactive design These experiences have strengthened my ability to think beyond design—toward end-to-end product thinking and impact. I don’t see UX as just design—it’s about solving the right problems. Weak research leads to weak products, so I focus on clarity before creativity. What’s next: I’m moving toward Product Strategy and UX Leadership roles, where I can take ownership of problems end-to-end. I’m especially interested in building impactful products for social good—particularly solutions that support elderly people and improve quality of life through thoughtful design.
