I'm Tanoj, and I build AI products. I didn't plan to end up here. Two years ago, I was studying business analytics and couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. I could analyze problems all day, but I wanted actually to solve them. So I started following my curiosity instead of a plan. That led me to EdTech startups, researching how AI could help students learn, then pharmaceutical logistics, where I learned how supply chains actually work. Eventually, I ended up at a plant e-commerce company, which is where things clicked. Now I'm at Exotic Flora building AI tools, redesigning user experiences, and working on growth. I spend most of my time figuring out where AI actually helps versus where it just complicates things. When I'm not working, I'm usually traveling, cooking, or watching football.
