Earlier Experience – Himalaya Wellness (MNC): • Managed EPFO compliance and HR policy implementation across multiple business units in the East region. • Contributed to regional hiring initiatives and workforce programs within a large MNC environment. • Oversaw employee lifecycle processes including exit management, gaining exposure to HR operations at scale.
