• Currently working with the experience design team (XD) team on designing the Illumina Connected Analytics - a comprehensive cloud based tool for bio-informaticians and bio-genomic scientists across the globe to help them propel their research in oncology and rare disease diagnosis and management.

• 1. Led the UX and product design of an error troubleshooting tool used by customer support executives and instrument developers of 21 DNA sequencing instruments. Collaborated with PMs and engineers to ship this tool which reduced customer support response time by 30% and increased developer efficiency by 20%.
