I lead the Kernel and Infra teams at Agoric, where we build the foundation for decentralized systems. I work with an incredible group of engineers, shaping architecture, driving reliability, and pushing for secure solutions. Before Agoric, I worked at Meta, Microsoft, Airbnb, and VMware, experiences that shaped how I think about design, teams, and impact. I also founded Algolab, where I design hands-on tech courses to help engineers level up. I love teaching, mentoring, and making learning practical and inspiring.
