I’m passionate about tackling complex challenges and transforming them into intuitive digital experiences that deliver real results. I began my career as the founder of OH! Media, a web development agency that was acquired by Phoenix Group in 2012. Today, I lead a team of UX designers at Farm Credit Canada as Manager of the Digital Design Services (UX/UI) team. My role involves guiding digital design projects from early discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions strike the right balance between business needs and user expectations. This includes conducting research to understand user goals, running validation activities such as usability testing, and applying insights to shape designs that are practical, consistent, and meaningful. A major part of my work is driving the growth of our enterprise design system in Figma, which ensures our products are scalable, cohesive, and accessible across the organization. We place strong emphasis on embedding accessibility and quality into every stage of the design process so that our digital solutions are inclusive, innovative, and user-friendly. By bringing research, design, and validation together, we’re building a mature UX practice that raises the standard for how digital experiences are delivered at FCC.
