I’m Tushar Birajdar, a final-year Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering student at PICT, passionate about solving real-world problems through software engineering. My core strengths lie in backend development, automation, and full-stack projects. I’ve worked with technologies like Node.js, Python, Express.js, Flutter, Firebase, and databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL. During my internship at BMC Software, I built a Python-based automation tool that reduced script failures and improved data reliability across web applications. Beyond internships, I’ve built impactful projects like a real-time Event Judging App and CollabBoard, a collaborative whiteboard tool. I also served as the Domain Director for Pradnya at PICT INC, where I helped organize one of the largest tech contests with over 10,000 participants. I enjoy fast-paced, high-ownership environments and love working on meaningful challenges that push my skills.
