I work with DE Shaw as a Manager in their Non-tech recruitment team. Previously, I worked with one of the world's largest research and advisory firm handling their Sales recruitment. Before that I was working with a market leading recruitment agency where I specialized in hiring for Healthcare industry. While I mostly hired for important positions across sales, marketing, medical affairs functions, I successfully closed a couple of CEO mandates. My educational qualifications include an Engineering and an MBA degree from India's premier institutes (yes i was a nerd!). Outside work, I obsess about anything to do with sports and fitness. Obvious to say with my background that i spend a lot of time socialising and connecting with people :)
