  • As the Global Director of UX across five markets, I oversee a distributed team in Canada, the UK, and Australia and am responsible for the UX practice across the business.
  • I collaborate with Product and Engineering Directors to develop and execute a product strategy that ensures a consistent experience across our products. In doing so, I consolidated products across the D&D product suite, creating a Global platform and increasing sales and contracted spending by 4% quarterly. I integrated and enhanced solutions and added new features, such as an AI assistant to improve user workflows, resulting in an 85% increase in daily active users and 200% increase in search volumes.
  • In partnership with Product Marketing, we developed personas and used them as a basis for a Customer BETA program, which provided us with first-hand feedback to iterate and shape our GTM plans.

Working mainly with Director stakeholders to identify themes early and shape OKRs. We’ve helped to reduce post-sale costs by 36% and reduce CS case volume by 24%
