I am excited to share my recent experience of completing a three-month remote internship at Infosys. During this internship, I had the opportunity to work on an impactful project in the field of disaster management. My team and I developed an artificial intelligence model designed to classify Twitter tweets, determining whether disaster-related tweets are real or fake.
This project involved:
Collecting and preprocessing a large dataset of tweets related to various disasters.
Training a machine learning model to accurately distinguish between real and fake disaster tweets.
Implementing and testing the model to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
This internship not only enhanced my technical skills in AI and machine learning but also gave me a deeper understanding of how technology can be leveraged for disaster management and response. I'm grateful for the experience and the chance to contribute to such a meaningful project.
