• At IBM, I worked on various projects in the area of machine learning, natural language processing, and image processing.
• Contract Analysis - The objective was to classify the different clauses in the contracts and analyze their compliance with respect to the client's guidelines. Implemented Support Vector Machines on tf-idf vectors generated from the contracts' text corpus, long short-term memory (LSTM) & hierarchial attention network (HAN) models on GloVe embeddings. Utilised NLU API of Watson Studio for estimating the compliance of clauses.

• 1. Indian Car's Model and License Plate Number Detection - Employed YOLO for the detection of cars and trained VGG16 model through transfer learning using Keras to identify the car model from traffic videos. Used OpenALPR, an open-source library to extract the license plate numbers by training it on license plate numbers.
• 2. Cloud Innovative Toolkit - Applied clustering models on the client's applications data to understand their IT landscape. Implemented supervised models to recommend the hybrid cloud and containerization feasibility for different applications and integrated active learning with them for effective use of feedback.

• The project aim was to build a job description parser for extracting the skill-set, degree, and experience requisites mentioned for a job in the job description. Extracted the entities by implementing chunking using parts of speech tagging in the NLTK platform of python. Improved the extraction by implementing a linear-chain conditional random field model for named-entity recognition and predicted entities with a recall of 80%.

• Analysis of Candlestick Patterns - Defined candlestick patterns quantitatively & estimated their rates of occurrences per day in the daily stock market. Achieved probabilities of around 0.9 of different patterns in predicting trend reversals in stock market trends.
