• Mobile Ad SDK for Imagination Unwired / Digital Reef / Siprocal
• Was involved as a part of the Mergers & Acquisition to form DigitalReef and later as Siprocal. My efforts was to identify and merge the similar type of Ads and bring in a unified Ad platfrom. Also involved improvement to current SDK with completely new features which were not present in SDK to have them. Support for previous versions and Backward compatibility was a big challenge to overcome.
• With the mergers and new platform of Ads I had greater responsibility to deliver the product to bigger set of Audience and also to manage the global teams remotely. The platform was expanded and we crossed multiple milestones each quarter. Before ending the project we had about 150+ Million active monthly users base for whom we were able to server about multi million ads in a month.
• With new platform and new clients we also had the challenge of providing SDK for cross platform development tools like Flutter, Ionic, React Native. Also to ensure the features are available in all platforms simultaneously.
• On the server front, to deliver millions of ads in a short span of time was a challenge to solve and we were successful in this.
• iOS Mobile Ad SDK was one of the very important improvement during this tenure.

• Mobile Ad SDK for Imagination Unwired:
• Started as a Tech lead for Mobile SDK development. The journey from a few thousand devices using IU SDK to reaching couple of millions of devices was tough but were able to achieve in a short period of time. The SDK which features variety of types of Ads and ensuring the same is rightly presented on the on the App was a new stepping stone at each point. Delivering the same in with retrofitting to the previous SDK versions without breaking them was a challenge that was to be faced everyday. The journey of Ads from Concept from a designer to Biz Team requirements targeting to Pushing of Ads to Presentation of Ads to end device to Collection and consolidation of Analytics needed a detailed precession to make it work smoothly is a challenge with we crossed during this project execution.
• With great guidance from Client and CoS Senior team was able to move up to project management and team management.
• 2. Matrio Controller for Android & iOS (Client : Dayton Audio)
• The project involved controlling the Audio device using Mobile App which had vide range of features like Selection of Device, Volume, Balance, Bass, Treble or Input source.
• Challenges included where the coordination between the client and device manufacturer during the Covid time and in different timezone needed the precise instruction or requirement to be given to avoid the unwanted delays and back and forth.
• Also, the hardware team had multiple issues that they were unable to understand the requirement. This lead me to improvise on the the development effort to simulate the things without hardware and deliver the product to Hardware team to implement and test the product. We were very successful in this and client was very appreciative of it.
