• Currently working on Cosmos Analytics - Microsoft's one and only big data platform handling Exabytes of data, processing 700K Jobs daily and managing fleet of 300K+ machines. The product is used by 15K+ developers.
• Leading efforts to improve efficiency of the system using various techniques. This includes building systems to auto-Debug incoming issues using AI (Large Language models), optimize repair cycles for certain issue types etc.

• Currently working on "Custom Question Answering (Formerly QnaMaker)"- A publicly available Azure
• Cognitive Service operating at a large scale that helps developers and enterprises build chatbot over their data.
• Owned multiple key areas for successful public launch of QnAMaker V2 including - Resource Management, Delivering logs to customers, Data Management APIs, Keyless Auth ,Organizing Testing/Quality efforts etc
• Owned efforts to enable Multi-Tenant architecture reducing cost for production workloads of users by 22% and simplified resource management for users.
• Led efforts to launch QnaMaker Service to Secure AirGapped Clouds, Collaborated with cross-Geo teams to plan and execute, while mentoring colleagues. This also reduced new region/Cloud on-boarding time by 80%, enable touch-less deployments with no manual effort.
• Revamped and streamlined telemetry collection across all feature areas to aid Data-Driven decision making. Innovated data collection mechanisms, improving accuracy of existing user-retention metrics by 5%.
• Responsible to represent, plan and deliver towards broader Azure initiatives including - JEDI, CyberEO, Compliance, Security, Cognitive Services Fundamentals etc.

• Designed and implemented compliant region-agnostic design for publicly used qnamaker.ai web portal to expand user resources support from single region to 31 regions. The new design exponentially reduced region expansion time by 95%.
• Designed and Shipped multiple features and publicly available APIs including - Import/Export, Multi-Turn, Outbound Access Control, Project Level Synonyms API, Prebuilt Question Answering API etc.
• Designed and Implemented Continuous Integration tests, Email summary, CI/CD pipelines improving productivity and reducing PR merge times.
• Ensured our Back-end service is disaster resilient and secure by periodically conducting BCDR Drill, Emergency Certificate rotation Drill , Threat Model reviews with security team etc.
