• Defined strategy for Square commerce developer platform. As head of Engineering, Led multiple Engineering and Data Science teams to build Square's platform experience for developers and sellers. Built multiple diverse teams including Senior Managers(L7+) and principal level ICs(L7+) distributed across multiple time zone and locations. Teams I supported were responsible for full stack products (SDK, CLI, Web apps like dashboard, marketplace, API and Webhooks log) and services (Sandbox, Roles based control etc) which enable both developers and sellers to engage with Square Platform. • I managed teams which are crucial for two of Microsoft’s most critical businesses Azure and Microsoft 365 (includes Windows, Edge, and Office). We built experiences and services for hosting and delivering updates for Windows OS, Apps, Windows Server on Azure as well as Linux with MAD(monthly active devices) count of 1B+.
