I worked as a Quality Analyst - Consultant in a software consultancy called Thoughtworks for 4 years. In my tenure, I got the opportunity to work under multiple clients (including one of the Big three consultancies), mainly in the retail domain.
Core responsibilities of my role included devising test strategies and test plans, for the Software development cycle, to ensure that the functional and non-functional business requirements (encompassing performance, security, accessibility, UX) needed for the software products are met.
