• During a Machine Learning Internship at InternPe, I analyzed and processed complex datasets, contributed to the design, development, and optimization of machine learning models, and derived actionable insights to address real-world challenges.
• My role demanded a solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and machine learning principles. I consistently demonstrated effective collaboration, communication, and attention to detail across various tasks such as feature engineering, data preprocessing, model evaluation, and tuning, ensuring high model performance and accuracy.
• Each week, I completed the following tasks:
• 1. Week 1 - Diabetes Prediction Model: Developed a machine learning model to predict diabetes, leveraging Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn for data analysis and model building.
• 2. Week 2 - Car Price Prediction Model: Created a car price prediction model using the Quikr car price dataset, applying various machine learning techniques and integrating it with a Flask-based web interface.
• 3. Week 3 - IPL Match Predictor: Designed an IPL match outcome predictor, which utilized historical match data and achieved an accuracy of 80.67%. The model included features such as player statistics, pitch conditions, and team strengths.
• 4. Week 4 - Breast Cancer Prediction Model: Built a model to predict breast cancer, focusing on high accuracy and reliable predictions through careful data preprocessing, feature selection, and model tuning.
• I actively coordinated with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring the successful deployment and performance of these models.
