Hey there, I am Winay Bari, and I am a BFSI, B2B SaaS marketer & growth hacker by profession and daydreamer by choice! I help businesses with top-of-the-mind BFSI, B2B SaaS and digital marketing strategies and have a proven track record of delivering higher ROAS. Currently, stationed at YES BANK as Vice President - Digital Marketing and handling the Retail Assets Business’ performance marketing, SEO and other marketing campaigns end-to-end. In RBL Bank as AVP - Digital Marketing. I was handling digital acquisitions piece for retail liabilities and assets related products. Primarily, responsible for quality digital acquisition through various performance marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook & other mobile marketing channels. My journey from being a BSc [IT] grad from Mumbai University to being a SaaS Marketer & Growth Hacker has been immense fun, and I have seen my failure and success. In early 2011, I wanted to become a full-stack web developer. I have joined various PHP and .Net courses but dropped them because I was not too fond of them in the first place. I worked in BPOs, but that too didn’t excite me enough. I got a website administrator job out of the blue, which included doing content update database management and product uploads. I found a way to do SEO by sitting next to SEO executives, observing them, and googling about it at home after office. 2013-2015 - Joined eClerx Services Pvt Ltd as a site search analyst. 2015 – Started working as SEO/SEM specialist in Accenture Services Pvt Ltd, four times star performer of the month and two times star performer of the quarter and training 17 people team on SEO/SEM under community-building program made me realize that it’s now time to level up. 2016 – 2019 – Started my journey as Digital Marketing Manager for Netcore Solutions. My entire B2B marketing and growth hacking experience start from Netcore only. Learned everything about inbound marketing, B2B SaaS, Marketing Automation & basics of AI/ML. Handled some of the most challenging projects, and awarded Bright Star in the first year. 2020 – Joined RedSwitches Pty Ltd as Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, where I ran various growth marketing experiences in less than eight months. I got the opportunity to work on my first App marketing project – Choirly. Launched sister brand “GoMummy Hosting” and another SaaS platform [Can’t disclose name] here.
