• During my time at Badho, a B2B platform aimed at streamlining supply chain management among Indian retailers, I gained valuable experience in designing solutions that catered to both business and user needs. Over a period of six months, I was responsible for working on three key apps: Badho Buyer, Badho Seller, and Badho SE (Sales Executive).
• Working within a fast-paced startup environment, I had the opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative and creative team. I worked closely with developers and project managers to implement features and ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Some of my key contributions include:
• 🥇 Badho Buyer and Seller Onboarding Flow: I designed and optimized the onboarding flow for both Badho Buyer and Badho Seller apps.
• 📚 Brand Catalogue and Active/Inactive Product Feature: I created and designed the brand catalogue, incorporating an active/inactive product feature that allowed sellers to easily manage their product listings.
• 🎮 Gamification of Badho Buyer: Recognizing the importance of user engagement and retention, I brainstormed, wireframed, designed, and implemented interactive rewards and games within the Badho Buyer app.
• 📊 Report Functionality for Brand and Product Pages: I added report functionality. This feature provided users to report incorrect and incomplete information.
• 📝 Streamlining User Information Collection: I designed flows for capturing user information, consolidating multiple steps into a single flow. To encourage participation, I integrated rewards as incentives for users to complete the information collection process.
• 🔍 Implementation of Filters: I created and implemented filters across different flows within the apps, allowing users to easily search and navigate through products, brands, and relevant content.
• Overall, my experience at Badho allowed me to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply my design skills to create user-centered solutions.
