I am a senior technical leader in Robotics, AI, and Embedded Systems, with 20+ years of experience delivering complex, large-scale products and, since 2021, leading the development of autonomous robotic systems for consumer and home robotics. Over the past several years, my work has been focused on robot navigation, perception, and autonomy, where I lead teams of senior and junior engineers to design, implement, and deploy real-world robotic intelligence. My responsibilities span technical architecture, algorithmic direction, mentoring, and execution, ensuring that advanced research translates into robust, production-ready robotic products, including robot vacuum cleaners and home service robots. A key area of my recent work is Vision-Language-Action (VLA) in Robotics, where I am driving the integration of multimodal perception, language understanding, and action planning. This work enables robots to interpret visual environments, understand user intent expressed through language, and perform meaningful actions in dynamic home settings. I actively bridge applied research and industrial deployment, aligning long-term innovation with product timelines. In parallel, I am pursuing a PhD in Robotics, with my research focused on Visual Language Actions in Robotics. My research interests include grounded language understanding, semantic reasoning, embodied AI, and scalable autonomy—areas that are critical to the next generation of intelligent robots.
