About

I'm a software engineer at Meta. Lately, I find myself focused on a problem that's harder than most technical ones: making teams AI-native. Not just adopting tools. Rewiring how engineers think, collaborate, and ship in a world where intelligence is embedded in the stack. I've been writing about this a lot recently — exploring what it means to build AI-native workflows, how cognitive patterns need to shift when AI becomes a first-class collaborator, and what engineering culture looks like when the feedback loop collapses from days to seconds. A few things I keep coming back to: • AI-native teams aren't teams that use AI — they're teams that have restructured their thinking around it • Safety-first implementation isn't a constraint on velocity; it's what makes velocity sustainable • The bottleneck has moved — from writing code to directing intelligence responsibly I believe the engineers who will matter most in the next decade are the ones who can reason clearly about AI systems, build guardrails without killing momentum, and bring their teams along for the transition — not just themselves. I write about this on Substack — covering AI-native workflows, cognitive concurrency, and what I call impact per token. If any of it resonates, let's connect.
