• Dunzo is the first Google-funded start-up in India that specializes in quick commerce.
• I build products to improve consumer order experience including procurement, inventory management, in-store order processing and catalogue. My role involves defining the vision and strategy; negotiate “ways of working” with partner teams and company leadership in a cross-functional environment.
• I have launched 0>1 and 1>n products to scale Dunzo’s grocery business including building the supply chain product ground up. Features include automating procurement, tool for vendor management, stock receiving and alignment, order packing, proof of delivery at the doorstep etc.

• I was the product owner for the shopping experience, responsible for improving conversion, average order value and basket size. I optimized search ranking, launched personalization widgets as well as discovery widgets for new and popular products.
• I was also responsible for improving delivery partner availability to increase the orders delivered per partner per day. I launched features such as batching, various incentive schemes, surge pricing, fraud reduction etc.

• Treebo is an Indian budget hotel chain startup. As a product owner, I oversaw all pricing initiatives on the app, website, and 3rd party aggregators (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia). I implemented dynamic pricing for all sales channels to improve booking volumes, enabled pricing experiments based on room and time attributes and built an offers platform e.g. Buy X Get Y, flash sales, and early-bird offers to boost revenue.

• Emirates Group owns Travel Republic, an online travel portal for hotels and flight bookings. I led a team of five engineers to improve the flight search CX. I also enhanced the algorithm to compare hotel prices across 200+ vendors in less than 10 secs.

• ABCO is a consulting firm operating in the healthcare domain. I built a tool to consolidate patient records across multiple branches of a hospital chain. I improved patient data loading time from 90 seconds to 10 seconds, increasing tool adoption by 20%.
