• I am currently focused on helping hedge funds build various business lines through diversified talent acquisition strategies. We conduct talent mapping and market research across regions and asset classes (Macro, Equity Stat Arb, Commodity, Crypto, etc.), with multiple PMs onboarded. I have placed business leaders (CEO/CIO) in multiple APAC locations, including Hong Kong, Mainland China and Tokyo.

• Between Sep 2022- Mar 2023, I successfully help our clients hire a few Experienced Portfolio Managers/Traders (with discretionary and systematic strategies), Quantitative Researchers (for a Top Tier Hedge fund and a HFT firm) and Senior Data Engineers (for a tech firm and a prop trading firm) and got promoted to the Consultant position. My candidates are going to work in London, New York and Singapore.
