As part of the Tech. Leadership team at Grab, I wear a few hats - predominantly centred around building a better product for our users, seeding data across the Grab Enterprise, and scaling our AI, Experimentation and Growth efforts. Prior to this, I helped build the Data Science function at Snapdeal, and was primarily responsible for developing a data driven Product. I was instrumental in institutionalising a culture of experimentation and A/B testing firm wide, and continued to champion the cause through my stint. While there, I also incubated the Growth function and co-managed DAU & repeat rates. Before Snapdeal, I was part of the Data practice at Genpact and solved quant problems for retail and fintechs around the world. I’m passionate about building scalable, transformative solutions that help humankind. Through the years, I have also enjoyed building high performance Data and Product teams, and identifying white spaces within organisations where such sciences can be applied.
