New update yet to come :) Meanwhile, a note from 2022 Akshay is currently working as senior product designer at Ola to define meaningful, customer first experience across finance, electric, mobility & delivery business units. In past one year, he has tried to learn the skill of putting organisation's vision into the projects he works on, irrespective of the scale. Be it defining micro-flows or an end-to-end product journeys, Akshay keeps customer's perspective at forefront and try to think of solution that transcends boundaries of the digital experience his role demand him in interest of an overall delightful end-to-end customer experience. His current goal is to boost product thinking process and add values in other units that defines the experience for customers. Akshay's ecosystem knowledge expands from the space of mobility, lending, insurance, delivery, driving experience (Ola scooter HMI) to travel (Air & accommodation work with Cleartrip). Before professional career in design, Akshay has graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2019, under electric engineering discipline. There, he actively participated in creating meaningful digital app based solution for campus welfare under Mobile Development Group (A student body) which helped him shape his design thinking skills. One of the key achievement was to digitise mess management system under administration's supervision.
