• Performed barge loading and water level tracking to ensure loading occurs at the minimum safe water level of 19.5 meters above sea level.
• Reassessed the minimum safe water level from 19.5 meters to 18.6 meters above sea level, noting that since 2022, 78% of the available hours in the 18.6-19.6 meter range have seen loading activity due to changes in on-site safety regulations.
• Conducted a thorough research to improve forecast accuracy (to on-site regulation) by reassessing calculation with the new minimum safe water level for barge loading, resulting in a 10% reduction in monthly barge orders, with each barge costing 700-800 million rupiah.
