• We aim to build a backend integration platform for the agri-sector by helping retailers, processors and wholesalers source from the farmers, standardise their produce and influence their production practices. We worked primarily in the fresh produce supply chain, focused on fruits.
• Founded and scaled the startup from the ground up, managing all business aspects from product development, operations, sales, to finance and personnel management.
• Led a team of 40+ employees including 8 remote developers, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment, and ensuring efficient communication and task completion.
• Oversaw the development and launch of SaaS Enabled marketplace for Farmer Producer Organisations, agri-produce procurement ERP. Developed a strong sense for building high-adoption products for the unorganised sector.
• Launched a mobile application and mobilised more than 650 ‘Fresh Champions’ (rural entrepreneurs) to service over 16,000 growers and orchardists across the major fruit growing geographies in the country.
• Transformed a completely decentralised, people-based activity to a highly scalable product led process accommodating multiple stakeholders and varying local dynamics peculiar to different geographies.
• Pivoted 3 times to come up with new business models based on new data points acquired during the execution and validation of hypothesis.
• Tried to build a bootstrapped company but when found strapped for resources, raised $600k USD. Built the B2B business to 2 Cr monthly sales.

• Co-founded and grew a startup in the D2C organic fruit & vegetable box subscription space, navigating the complete lifecycle from concept to market launch and beyond.
• Built one of the first and finest subscription-based apps in Hyderabad, focusing on the complete nutrition needs of a family.
• Onboarded multiple farmers in 4 states of the country who practise organic farming to supply the complete range of SKUs. As we grew in scale, initiated efforts to change the production practices of farmers from conventional to organic.
• Built product to synchronise the staggered production cycle of a group of vegetable farmers with the forecasted subscription demand.
• Developed capabilities to set up and run collection centres, warehouses, intercity logistics and last-mile deliveries.
• Led branding and marketing efforts, which included digital marketing strategies and offline events.
• Focused on agri-produce standardisation leading to extreme customer delight.
