Hello, I am the founder of SCANDALous Food, a one-stop shop for popular Indian sweets, perfect for satisfying post-meal cravings. We are a B2B business serving sweets to some of the biggest and best food businesses in the country. I am sure you have heard their names—Blinkit, Zepto Cafe, Swish, Rebel Foods, Samosa Party, Wow Momos, Swiggy Bolt, etc. My entrepreneurial journey began in 2011 with Urban Spice, a catering service that served top clients such as Wipro, NPCI, Credit Suisse, eBay, and Vodafone. Over the years, we grew to become one of the leading out-of-home (OOH) service providers, catering to events like Sunburn, EVC, Aulafest, NH7, Defence Expo, IPL cricket matches (Tests, One-Days, and T20s), and even international concerts like Coldplay and Justin Bieber’s tours and numerous trade exhibitions. After successfully exiting the company in 2019, I embarked on my next adventure. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of India’s most renowned chefs, including Harpal Singh Sokhi and others, further enriching my culinary journey. Currently, I lead SCANDALous Food and serve as the honorary core team lead at TiE Food Network, where I collaborate with industry leaders across the farm-to-fork ecosystem to promote knowledge sharing and foster growth.
