I build products by listening first, shipping next, and never forgetting there’s a human on the other side of the screen. I started tinkering with Android apps in my bedroom out of pure curiosity. That curiosity never really left. Over the last decade, it’s taken me from side projects and early experiments to building and scaling products for global companies, co-founding startups, and working in media tech in Madrid. I still believe the best way to learn is to build—and then listen. 🧩 Learning by building I started building early—while still in college—because waiting for “the right time” never felt right. My first serious project was an affiliate platform comparing thousands of products across multiple sites. It worked well enough to get noticed. More importantly, it failed often enough to teach me what textbooks don’t. That phase shaped how I think about products today: real users > clever ideas shipping > perfect plans learning fast > being right Since then, I’ve built Android apps, MVPs, internal tools, and experiments—some successful, some humbling, all useful. 🛠️ Growing with teams I’ve worked across consulting, product, and engineering environments. Leading cross-national teams and shipping complex frontend products for large clients. That’s where I learned an underrated skill: moving teams forward without burning people out. Alongside this, I co-founded 1811 Labs to help founders go from idea to MVP, and became an MBA admissions consultant, mentoring candidates through a process that’s as emotional as it is strategic. Different worlds. Same lesson. People build better when they feel understood. 🎓 A shift in perspective In 2022, I moved to Spain and completed a Tech MBA at IE Business School. It sharpened my thinking around strategy and leadership, but reinforced something I already believed: good products aren’t built in slides, they’re built in conversations. Today, I’m Head of Product for Streaming at Simply.TV, focusing on scaling teams, fixing workflows, and aligning product, engineering, and editorial. 🌱 Outside the job title Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors—hiking, playing sport, or spending time around animals 🐾. I enjoy side projects, long conversations, and helping people think through ideas they’re unsure about. I’m always building something. Sometimes it’s a product. Sometimes it’s clarity.
