• Competed in the International Genetically Engineered Machine competition (iGEM), where we won a gold medal, and were nominated for best poster and best plasmid collection. My team, consisting of myself and 11 other undergraduate students, is working to develop a biological circuit that will detect endometriosis in a uterine biopsy sample. Did high throughput data analysis with a python algorithm I wrote to correct and interpret flow cytometry data.
