Wrike

Staff Product Designer

  • Wrike is a powerful project management and collaboration software that streamlines work processes and enhances teamwork efficiency. As a cloud-based SaaS platform, Wrike enables users to manage tasks, projects, and deadlines in a centralized space.
  • In my role at Wrike, I have been primarily responsible for request forms. Over the past few years, we redesigned the forms in line with our new design system. During this redesign, we addressed many customer requests aimed at improving the overall experience and ensuring both customers and end-users remain satisfied.
  • In addition to my work on forms, I have initiated several projects focused on accessibility and have contributed to the design system by creating new components and updating existing ones.
  • For the past six months (2025), I have also taken on a more strategic product designer role. In this capacity, I have been mapping end-to-end user journeys, identifying opportunities for improvement across the product, and defining potential new initiatives and features to support team planning and product development for the coming year

  • Speys (now LaasOne) is a all-inclusive SaaS platform that simplifies logistics management by combines parcel shipping and receiving processes into a single, user-friendly solution. As a cloud-based tool, Speys enhances efficiency and streamlines logistics operations for seamless parcel management.
  • I was in a Product Design Lead role at Speys and my work consisted of defining and mapping user and business needs for the platforms redesign and relaunch. In addition I worked out the new design system for Speys and updated all the parts of the product to the new system. This was all done by following a very user-centric process with interviewing users, understanding the difficulties they have, learning user behaviours through data analysis and conducting usability tests to validate our hypothesis for the new designs.

  • As a senior UX/UI designer I worked mainly on 2 bigger projects: education portal edu.ee for the Estonian Ministry of Education and self-service platform for the Ministry of Social Affairs (SKAIS2).
  • In edu.ee project I was the lead UX/UI designer managing a small design team. We created the first Estonian education information website gathering all the necessary information for the students (learning opportunities, exam results, e-report cards etc).
  • In SKAIS2 project I was working in a big team as a lead designer. The main focus for the project was to offer different social services via self-service portal. Our main focus was extensive user testing (validating all the small parts of the prototype/design) and user centered design based on the state styleguide Veera.
