About

I am currently building Sundial, the analytics platform for the AI era. We’re bottling up opinionated intelligence to guide decision-makers towards better decisions. We envision a world where everyone can be their own expert analyst. For most of my career I designed and led teams at Facebook, where I served as VP and Head of Design and Research for the Facebook app. I joined when it was ~100 people as Facebook's first intern and had the privilege of growing up with the company, working across many social communication products and learning how to create and scale them worldwide. I love to learn, introspect, and write, and THE MAKING OF A MANAGER, published in 2019, is my Wall Street Journal bestselling field guide to management. It's everything I would tell you about what it means to manage if you and I sat down for a long coffee. Amazon rated it one of the best leadership books of the year.
