I believe that anyone can break into tech. I’m changing the education system to have more hands-on learning. I’ve placed 1000+ devs from tier-3 backgrounds at good companies and startups. I’m the “Proof of Work” guy! I help people get a good tech job based on their skills and not where they come from. Prior to that, I worked as a Software Developer at Amazon and as a Product Manager at Meesho (YC S16). Why I believe in Proof of Work? Just like being from a top-tier college builds trust for its alums, having PoW makes your profile more trustworthy. It’s the best way to leverage democratization of opportunities enabled by the internet, especially for tier-3 college students who have skills but don’t get interviews.
