• As Drilling Engineer manager, I was supervising entire India operations for Schlumberger. My team was supporting the operations in North East India, Rajasthan, Gujrat, Mumbai High, Karaikal and Rajahmundry.
• My work involve Well design and planning, BHA design and drilling tool/bit recommendation, Survey program and anti-collision analysis, BHA hydraulics and Torque & Drag analysis, preparation of Directional Drilling rig packs.
• Daily updating of database and well monitoring as well is drilled. Troubleshooting and provide 24 x 7 support to wellsite operations. I am working for Oil India and ONGC projects in Assam, Mizoram etc.
• I also train mid-career hire directional drillers and evaluate their progress in the company by constant evaluation. I am actively involved in service quality meetings, failure investigations and technical sales of directional tools based on the client requirement.
• I also designed the training programme for the mid-career hire directional drillers and have high proficiency in drilling office software. I am involved in intra segment solution centre where client's issues are addressed on a combined basis. Recently, I have completed 6 Wells horizontal drilling project which involved drilling, liner hanger design and execution and completions.

• I worked as a Directional Driller doing horizontal, J-type and S-type wells in India. I was actively providing services using Mud motor and Rotary steerable tool without any Non-productive time and HSE related issues.
• Drilled wells from the platform with kick-off using gyro services in the top hole section followed by Rotary Steerable tools for drilling and achieving geological/drilling targets

• I was working on Deepwater rig for ONGC in KG Basin. I was not involved in any Service Quality and Safety incident on the wellsite. I was working as a team leader and acting as client interface on the site, running all the modern LWD tools.

• I worked in Australia for over 3 years and was mostly working on different offshore rigs off the north west coast. It was a great experience in terms of work ethics and culture. During my tenure in Australia, I was actively involved in tool mobilization, calibrations and training and development. On the wellsite, I worked as lead engineer for offshore/onshore projects. My major clients were Chevron, BHP Billiton, Conoco Phillips, Woodside, Santos, ARC Energy and ORION Energy.
• Achieved zero (CM) NPT due to Engineer error or lack of preparation. Mentored and trained four engineers to acquire the needed competency to carry out the requisite services. Project coordinator for the implementation of job planning and shipment software called “eTrace Base”, a backend software for faster turnaround of the tools. It acted as the important link between operations and workshop.
