I like to do whatever it takes to make things work, from building systems that process billions of daily events to creating a presentation to close a customer PoC. I was one of the early engineers to join the team.
I was involved in :-
Backend Engineering:
1) Designing a system to process large settlements files. Optimised the system further to reduce the overall time consumption to run the whole process and hence reducing the ops overhead
2) Designing and implementing notification systems to handle the webhook triggering mechanism. It was responsible for sending callbacks to merchants listening to transactional events.
3) Enabled Dynamic routing for payment methods. Implemented a configuration driven design to achieve a generic routing solution to reduce the rate of failures of transactions.

4) Implemented host-to-host wallet integration across all the e-wallets. Designed solution to mitigate the risk of fraud transactions through this feature.
Internal Tooling:
1) Implemented a recovery tool to synchronise the database wrt the payment gateways in case of service outage on our end
2) Implemented on-call tools for disbursements and notification services to help the engineering team to perform quickly during chaotic scenarios.
Monitoring Platform:
1) Helped the team to create a single monitoring dashboard for every micro-service within our system on Grafana
2) Added charts and graphs for log analysis and aggregation data to capture the state of system on Kibana
Managerial:
1) Guided an intern and helped 3 new engineers to get their hands dirty with the system. Resolved their queries and also learnt from it.
2) Took 20+ engineering interviews consisting of Data Structure and Algorithms, OOP and Low level design
