• I oversee the development of core products such as Payment Gateway, Digital Wallet, Order Service, Cart, Catalog, Search User/Merchant apps, Deals, Digital fulfillment recharges, utility payments, movies, hotels, flights and deals. Developed a deal marketing platform, a product which will be used by our merchants.
• Re-Architect the entire Oxigen platform which is much more scalable and secure. The new platform is able to handle 10 million request a day.
• Built a lending platform with the aim offering on the fly loans for SME’s. Launched various products like SME lending, Bill discounting, Crowd funding, P2P lending. The platform was backed by a strong Recommendation engine which works on data analytics and machine learning. Strong scoring engine which takes various inputs like user demographic data, third party credit scoring like cibil, Pan card, bank statement generates a loan score which plays a major role in decide the loan credibility. Risk assessment system analyze the market data, industry experience in various category and compare that with out loan issuing patterns and predict the defaults and generate alarm if loan issued in particular industry to category is not doing good.

• I was heading the Payments Product Platform where I oversaw different engineering teams including product development, infrastructure, platform and tech-operations managing design, development and delivery of the entire payment solutions.
• I was one of the first engineers at paytm and played an important role in helping to designing and building core parts of the payments engineering infrastructure. Led Paytm Payments Product, India’s biggest wallet platform in terms of number of active wallet accounts. I have been instrumental in building the payment platform at Paytm from very scratch to a solution handling multi million payment transactions per day.

• Initiated productization and standardization of ARPU+ applications to build tool (ARPU framework) addressing key pain points about the Automating Product Development, Maintainability, Operations and Product Support.
• ARPU Framework is now used throughout company/Across operators and is a key product of business.
• We grew very fast (with almost 1000+ Servers & Databases, Application across India) handling hundreds of millions calls per day generating huge data. Timely Reports was a big issue. I initiated a Big Data projects to build Data Warehouses capturing Data from all POPs spread across Operators, Geographies & Applications and Standardized all business, client and operations report requirement.

• IDB Bank was upgrading its MANTAS AML software, from version 5.0 to 5.7.2. I was leading this migration.
• This migration split in 3 phases 1. Installation 2. Basic technical upgrade & functional upgrade 3. Customisation.
• Installation phase requires decoupling of the mantas server use by bank for scalability and maintenance. In technical upgradation we did installation, configuration of new version and technical changes from AML 5.0 to AML 5.7.2. In functional upgrade we did lots of changes for customising the new product that includes, removal of action, adding of new custom types, adding and generating new reports, enhanced, automatic ingestion of customer risk data, customising some new scenarios.
