• Whilst working as a sales consultant I had to organise stock, call nearby stores and learn about all of the different sports equipment within the store in order to succinctly pitch products to influence customers. I was able to communicate with many different types of customers, including several who had difficulty speaking English. Another one of my responsibilities was to help open and close the store on a regular basis and make sure that the shop floor was maintained to a high standard throughout the day.
