• A chat group where people can discuss new developments.
• We do this free of cost. We want to make AI education accessible to willing operators.

We use Gen-AI, ML models and custom neural networks to create solutions that are production ready, scalable, secure and minimize hallucinations.

• ZORP is an AI-first workflow automation platform for supply chain and field teams. Sold as a SaaS.
• Operations in US and India.
• Built industry-first AI solution for field inspections and workflow automation
• Raised $600K seed from Good Capital, Better Capital, and Bharat Founders Fund
• Acquired and scaled customers including Zomato, Zepto, Porter, and Urbanladder
• Led all functions: Product, GTM, Revenue, Implementation, Support, Finance, Fundraising
• Managed distributed team across US and India operations
• The company shut down in 2025. We made some classic mistakes. Went too broad too early. That extended sales cycles and hurt retention. Should have focused on one vertical and expanded from strength.

• Bounce was the largest micro mobility company in India. The main operation (during my tenure) was a pickup-and-drop anywhere service using electric scooters. We did around 100K rides a day.
• Set up and grew the technology team for Operations (0-1)
• Headed a team of mission driven Product Managers to build the best in class operations platform that handled 250+ workflows dynamically.
• The product developments helped bring the cost of operations from $0.33 per task to $0.05 on average.

• PaySense provides unsecured lending direct to Indian consumers including the New To Credit segment. With heavy focus on Product, Engineering, and Data, PaySense is re-writing the rules on how a user is served credit in India. PaySense exited to PayU India.
• Setup India's first completely online lending platform where discovery to disbursal happen within 5 mins only via app
• Managed the payments system integration with the NBFCs for payments and reconciliation
• Responsible for hiring and managing Product Managers and Engineers in the team
