• 1. Project Strategy
• Understanding project requirements with the Client and Senior Management and participating in creating the project scope. Collaborating with the Technical directors to create a potent strategy depending on the present state of the product.

• Managing clients by having regular meetings/calls to bridge the gap between client expectations and the design. In some cases educating the client along the product design, if the client is new to the experience design process.
