An entrepreneur and investor with over two decades of experience across Strategy, Business Operations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Venture Investing. In 2016, I founded TalentGen, an executive search and talent advisory firm focused on enabling leadership excellence in the fast-evolving startup and e-commerce ecosystem. What began as a niche India-focused practice has now grown into a global platform with a presence across the US, EMEA, and APAC. Today, TalentGen partners with 75+ leading Venture Capital and Private Equity firms, supporting their portfolio companies across EdTech, HealthTech, FinTech, AgriTech, D2C/Consumer, QSR, Social Commerce, SaaS, GenAI, Gaming, and Web3 — from early-stage disruptors to multiple unicorns and decacorns. Before my entrepreneurial stint, I spent over a decade leading large operational teams at Genpact and WNS Global Services, managing complex portfolios across Healthcare, Travel, and Human Resources. At WNS, I was part of the core team that built the company’s Global HR Shared Services back in 2007 — a foundational initiative that shaped my perspective on scale and systems thinking. I’ve also had the opportunity to help institutionalize early e-commerce ventures such as BookAdda.com, and led Employee Relations and HR Shared Services at NetAmbit before moving to Thomas Cook India to head Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. I hold a Master’s in Human Resources from IMT Ghaziabad and am a certified ISO Auditor. Alongside TalentGen, I’m an active angel investor and co-lead AC Ventures, a private syndicate of unicorn founders and CXOs with investments in 50+ marquee startups. I also serve as a Limited Partner in select venture capital funds, partnering with exceptional founders and investors who are building the next generation of transformative businesses.
